Inspiration
Portland businessman and philanthropist Harry Merlo left a legacy as CEO of Louisiana-Pacific, and shaped the forest products industry of today. After his passing, Harry’s family commissioned this portrait bust to honor his memory forever.
The bronze portrait bust of Harry is installed at Clotilde Merlo Park in Stirling City, California, named for Harry’s mother.
